Lesson Plans that WOW! is a book on which I am listed as a co-author. Details on the book are available here and here. The writing sample is a partial tear sheet for one of the sections I wrote.     Medical Insurance: Self Employed Healthcare vs. Small Group Plans is a section from a larger piece I wrote for a business website.
Over-Extension of Credit is a section from a 2-hour state accredited continuing education course I wrote called Recent Developments in the Mortgage Industry. The final course is used in mortgage education materials for over a dozen states.     A Leisure-Time Bounty Right in Your Backyard is a tear sheet from an article I wrote for a community newsletter about Maryland's vacation destinations.
Psychometric Testing is a handout I created for a business seminar facilitator based in Australia. (he agreed to take care of editing relevant words into British English - thank goodness!) The full handout is 15 pages in length.     This clip is composed of scripts for an innovative training delivery system. I created almost two dozen scripts for the Achieving Outstanding Customer Service series. This clip features several sample scripts.
I wrote Building a Positive Upbeat & Productive Company Culture (e-book) for a company specializing in employee surveys for the hospitality industry. The book was a give-away for new customers.     Winning Customer Service Strategies is a PowerPoint Presentation I created for a seminar produced by a business training company. This clip features just a selection of the slides since PPT pdfs are notoriously beastly downloads.
